Chinese Shadow Puppetry

I chose the theme of shadow puppetry for my fashion design project because I am fascinated by the unique charm of traditional culture. As an ancient form of performing arts, shadow puppetry has a rich history and profound cultural significance. Through my design works, I hope to present this traditional cultural art on the modern fashion stage, allowing more people to appreciate and understand the unique aspects of shadow puppetry.
The exquisite leather puppets, skillful performances, and rich colors in shadow puppetry have inspired me greatly. I am impressed by the skillful techniques and delicate expressions in shadow puppetry, and I admire its unique artistic value.
